Fish (Talakitok, Pompano or Tuna)
Garlic
Onions
Tomatoes (lots of
tomatoes to make the sauce)
Fish Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Eggs (optional)
Water (1 & 1/2 cup)
Procedure:
1. Fry the fish (seasoned
with salt)
2. Sauté garlic, Onions and Tomatoes
3. Put fish sauce, salt and
pepper, adjust according to taste
4. Add water and simmer until everything comes together
fully cooked
5. Put the fried fish, simmer
6. Beat eggs then put on
top.
